- How do I clean them?
To clean your Zip Produce Keepers, hand wash with warm soapy water. Turn inside out for easy drying and let dry thoroughly before using.
- Can I put these in the fridge?
Yes! Safe for use in the fridge or freezer. Some discoloration is normal.
- When will my order Ship?
You order will ship next business day so long as all items on your order are in stock. If your order inlcudes items on Backorder, the entire order will ship on that schedule. If you wish, consider placing a separate order for in stock items!
- What is your return policy?
Our mission is to Bring Back the Joy of Cooking, so it’s our hope that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns for purchases made at www.prepdeck.com within 30 days of receipt. Paid shipping, upgraded shipping or shipping insurance is non-refundable. Returns incur a shipping fee. Items marked as final sale, or those purchased at 25% off or greater are considered FINAL SALE and non returnable.
