If you placed an order for Prepdeck prior to December 12th, 2023, please contact hello@prepdeck.com to inquire about refunds for any orders not yet received.
For customers who placed an order for Prepdeck AFTER December 12th, 2023, shipping times can vary depending on your location; some areas may require additional shipping time.
