When you place an order with Prepdeck, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with an estimated ship date. If there are any updates or changes to this ship date or any details concerning your order, we will email you with further information. Typically, orders ship out within 1 – 3 business days of initial order placement. When your order is ready to ship from our Texas warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can track your order's progress. Our primary shipping carrier is FedEx. Typically, it takes 3 – 5 business days to reach your doorstep, depending on where you live.
