I've been tracking my package, but it doesn't seem to be moving. Why?
If your order has a tracking number or you've received a notice that your shipment is on the way but the tracking number is stating something similar to "Shipment ready" or Label created", rest assured, your package has left our warehouse and is on its way. Carriers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL are currently experiencing delays in processing packages due to staffing challenges and volume spikes. Depending on the location it could be 1-2 business days before the tracking number is updated.
